Starting with interest
Come learn about different ways of being with your body and food through the support of a therapist-led group. Choose one 8-week section, or all that apply to your goals. Through this series of book club support groups you can expect to explore your relationship with your body, experiment with behavior change, and gain insight about yourself.

Begin - Trauma Informed Intro To Yoga

We designed our introductory class to be welcoming and safe by running it as a series that will gently introduce you to the practice of yoga. This class is slower paced and offers ample verbal instructions and props to guide you through developing familiarity and safe alignment in foundational postures. Come to learn, play, and grow with other new yogis in a supportive environment. All bodies are welcome.
