Across all my work, I listen for what’s underneath — what’s unsaid but felt — and guide from there.
My work is rooted in evidence-based practice, shaped by decades of experience, and refined by a deep trust in intuition. I hold space for the questions that don’t have easy answers — and I stay with you as you face them.
This isn’t about quick fixes.
It’s about waking up to the patterns that no longer serve you and learning to move through them with clarity and courage.
To do that, I draw from psychology, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic experiences, and yoga therapy. I don’t see these as separate tools, rather as individual threads in a woven, embodied path forward.
