“Starting therapy is vulnerable,

but I strive to create an inviting and respectful space for healing while holding

accountability toward therapeutic goals.”

I believe therapy is a wellness tool that should be accessible to people of all sexual, racial and gender orientations. Utilizing a person-centered approach, I allow the space my clients deserve to process life’s triumphs, struggles and periods of adjustment. Starting therapy is vulnerable, but I strive to create an inviting, and respectful space for healing while holding accountability toward therapeutic goals.

I work with children, adolescents and young adults with anxiety, mood disorders, gender identity concerns and related issues, emotional dysregulation and behavior disorders. Using play and art-based interventions, I work with children and their parents/guardians to create a safe environment. I employ Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy techniques to help clients identify the skills and tools that work best for them as they experience the world.

I also work with adults treating anxiety, depression, grief, gender identity and related issues, trauma, self-esteem, life-transitions, abuse, relationship challenges, spirituality and religion and religious trauma. I meet my clients where they are while utilizing Self-Compassion techniques and skills alongside mind/body connection and identification of appropriate tools and techniques. I am continuing specialized training in Internal Family Systems theory as well as play based therapy modalities.
