You’ve learned the IFS model.
Now comes the real work: living it.

This 5-month peer learning and practice group is for therapists who want to deepen their IFS skills — not just in theory, but in real time.

Together, we’ll explore common stuck points in IFS therapy, practice techniques in a supportive environment, and turn toward our own therapist parts with curiosity and care.

Because the more you lead yourself, the more you can lead others.

What to Expect:
→ IFS-oriented case consultation
→ Skills practice with supportive peers
→ Exploration of common therapist parts
→ Strategies for navigating stuck points
→ Space for reflection, connection, and growth
