Body Basics - A supportive introduction to puberty and body changes for girls 8+
Led by pediatrician Jess Reggie, this workshop is for girls (children who will menstruate) age 8+ who haven't started puberty yet or are in its early stages.
Attend as a child-adult pair to learn together and open up conversations that might otherwise feel awkward. Whether you're a parent, guardian, or trusted grown-up, attending together helps create safety and comfort around topics that matter—making it easier to continue these conversations at home.
