Beyond Bubble Baths: Mastering Self-Care For The Holidays - FREE VIRTUAL EVENT
Pause, breathe, and reflect during this two-hour workshop where you will begin an actionable plan for true self-care that includes practicing self-compassion and adding to your coping toolbox. Identify your triggers and explore possible boundaries with practical examples of how to set and hold them.

Join Audrey Adam's, InPowered's newest child therapist for this fun family party designed to calm your child's anxiety and worries. Enjoy fun halloween music while making crafts including a BOO Box to feed your worries to and learn leaf breathing to calm your child's body. Enjoy treats and hot apple cider.

Love Your Body Workshop + Restorative Yoga
Get in touch with your body through a 1 hour restorative yoga class and engage in discussions on variety of topics that influence body image including social media, societal norms, trauma, and comparisons. Participants will define what body images means for them and identify ways to incorporate healing their relationship to their body into their daily lives. Leave with improved coping mechanisms and a deeper understanding of the mind\body connection to support you in your journey to love your body. (Investment $100)
